This Privacy Policy explains what Rune Duel collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By installing or using the App you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall.
Rune Duel does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or precise location.
Automatically:
Stored only on your device, never uploaded: your game progress, settings, unlocked content. Uninstalling the App deletes this data.
To operate and improve the App, fix bugs, show rewarded ads, verify promo codes, and reply to feedback. We do not sell your data or send marketing emails.

Rune Duel is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, contact us and we will delete it.
You can disable analytics and ad personalization at any time via your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).
You can delete all local data in the in-app Settings, or by uninstalling.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, UK or Switzerland, you have rights under the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and lodging a complaint with your data protection authority.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA: to know what we collect, to delete it, and to opt out of any sale (we do not sell personal information).
To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address in Section 7. We respond within 30 days.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date and, if significant, by an in-app notice on next launch.

These Terms govern your use of the Rune Duel mobile application. By installing or using the App, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Rune Duel. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use it only with a parent or guardian's consent.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Rune Duel on devices you own or control, for personal non-commercial entertainment.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, sublicense, or remove proprietary notices from the App, except where applicable law allows. All content (graphics, music, code, characters, gameplay) is owned by Jolly Sky.

In-game coins, gear, runes, skins and similar items have no real-world value, cannot be redeemed for money, and are not transferable. We may add, modify, remove, or reset items, balance values or drop rates at any time. No refunds, except where required by law.
Rune Duel may show optional rewarded video ads via Google AdMob. Skipping or closing an ad may forfeit the reward. Ad content is delivered by third parties; if you encounter inappropriate ads, please report via in-app feedback.
Promo codes are valid as we specify (expiration, limits, eligibility), non-transferable, and have no cash value. We may invalidate codes obtained through fraud or abuse.
We may release updates, modify features, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or indefinite availability.
If you submit suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them in the App or related products without obligation to compensate or credit you.
Rune Duel is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jolly Sky is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of virtual items, game progress, or third-party ad content.
Mandatory consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction are not affected.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by nature survive termination (license, IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) continue to apply.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date and, if significant, by an in-app notice on next launch. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
